ELECTRIC UNDERFLOOR HEATING

Elektra Electrical Warranty Registration

Register eligible Elektra and Adept electrical heating products with the installation and test information kept together.

Complete every required electrical test at the stages stated in the exact product manual. Registration does not replace the supplied warranty terms or the electrician’s certification.

BEFORE YOU START

Have the Test Record Ready

The heating element should already have been tested and recorded at every stage required by the product manual. Do not invent or estimate missing readings.

Order and product label

Have the order number, model, size and product-label details ready.

All required test results

Enter the conductor and insulation-resistance readings recorded at every required checkpoint.

Installation details

Keep the installation date, floor construction, finish, thermostat and sensor information available.

Electrician and certification

Have the electrician’s details and the certification or commissioning record for the final connection.

Layout and photographs

Retain an as-built plan and clear photographs taken before the heating was covered.

ELECTRICAL REGISTRATION

Complete the Electrical Warranty Form

Enter the recorded values accurately, submit the form once and keep the confirmation with the electrical certificate and installation plan.

REGISTRATION HELP

Electrical Registration Questions

Protect the record before the system is covered and commissioned.

Can I register without the test readings?

Do not estimate missing values. Contact the installer or Uheat and refer to the exact product manual before submitting incomplete information.

Who completes the final electrical details?

A suitably qualified electrician completes or verifies the final connection, circuit protection, testing and certification.

Does registration approve a future claim?

No. Registration records the product and installation. Any future claim is assessed separately against the applicable warranty terms and evidence.
