Plan the complete wet-area build-up
The thermostat, fused supply, electrical connection and installation location must comply with current bathroom-zone requirements. Electrical work must be completed and tested by a suitably qualified person.
Plan around sanitaryware, fixed units, drains and any zones where heating must not be installed
Coordinate the heating, tanking, adhesives and finished floor as one approved construction
Position the floor sensor correctly within the heated area and provide a suitable route for replacement
Use a compatible control in a location permitted by current bathroom electrical-zone requirements
