For added convenience, we recommend using flexible self-leveling compound or flexible tile adhesive with a 6-8mm covering to install the mats.

Installation Tips:
- While insulation is optional, it significantly reduces running costs and warm-up times. Ekoboard XPS or Thermopanel Tile Backer Boards are highly recommended.
- For tiled floors, use flexible tile adhesive directly on the mat or apply self-leveling compound before fixing the tiles.
- For wood, vinyl, or carpet finishes, a self-leveling compound must be used before installing the final flooring.
