Notes
- Insulation should be Rigid PIR.
- Some insulation / screen combinations require a vapour barrier to be installed directly on the insulation before you install the pipe and lay the screed.
- To comply with building regulations, you should use a minimum 65mm sand / cement or 50mm pumped screed.
Tools Required
- Pipe Cutter - Cut pipe to length
- Pipe Reamer / Beveller - Prepare pipe for connection
- Power Drill - Drill fixings for manifold
- Spanner - Tighten pipe fixings
- Hydraulic test Pump - Pressure test pipe loops
